Question 1

Driver install fails on Windows 10/11?

Accepted Answer

Run the Huawei Y625 U32 driver installer as administrator. If Windows blocks an unsigned Huawei driver, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, install, then re-enable it.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

On the Y625 U32, enable Developer options and USB debugging, use a data-capable USB cable, and try a USB 2.0 port. Set the USB connection mode to MTP or PTP when prompted.

Question 3

Version conflicts with HiSuite/ADB?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Huawei HiSuite, ADB, and Google USB driver packages first. In Device Manager, remove hidden/duplicate Huawei Android entries, reboot, then install only one current driver package.
