Name: HiTi CS 320 Driver
Author: HiTi

Question 1

Installer fails or stops midway?

Accepted Answer

Run the HiTi CS 320 driver setup as Administrator, close other printer software, and remove any existing CS 320 entries in Printers & scanners before retrying.

Question 2

Printer not detected over USB?

Accepted Answer

Connect the CS 320 directly to a rear USB 2.0 port, not a hub. Power-cycle the printer, try a known-good USB cable, and confirm Windows shows a USB printing device before installing the driver.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts or stuck print queue?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old HiTi drivers and delete the CS 320 queue, reboot, then install the latest Windows-compatible driver. Clear pending card-print jobs before printing again.
