Name: Hercules DJ Console Rmx ASIO Driver
Author: Hercules

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the Rmx, close DJ software, run the Hercules ASIO installer as administrator, and install the 32-/64-bit package matching your Windows and DJ app. Reboot before reconnecting.

Question 2

Device not detected by ASIO app?

Accepted Answer

Use a rear USB 2.0 port directly, not a hub; in the app select “Hercules DJ Console Rmx ASIO,” not ASIO4ALL or Windows Audio. Check Device Manager for unknown USB/audio entries and reinstall if needed.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Hercules DJ Console drivers, ASIO4ALL, and duplicate ASIO entries, reboot, then install only the Rmx ASIO driver version compatible with your Windows build. Avoid mixing 32-bit and 64-bit ASIO drivers.
