Name: Hercules DJ Console Mk4 Driver
Author: Hercules

Question 1

Installer fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Hercules setup as Administrator, disconnect the Mk4, and temporarily disable antivirus. Uninstall older Hercules DJ Console software, reboot, then reinstall.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the Mk4 directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. Check Device Manager for unknown devices, reinstall the driver, and confirm the console is powered and recognized as an audio/MIDI device.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove previous Hercules DJ Console or ASIO drivers before installing the Mk4 package. Reboot, then set the Mk4 as the default audio/MIDI device and rescan ASIO/MIDI devices in your DJ software.
