Question 1

Driver install fails on Windows?

Accepted Answer

Run the HCL/ADB driver installer as administrator and connect the BEANSTALK NEO tablet only when prompted. If Windows blocks the package, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, then reinstall.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use the original USB cable and a direct rear USB port. On the tablet, enable Developer options > USB debugging and set USB mode to MTP/PTP. Check Device Manager for an unknown Android/ADB device.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall existing Android ADB, Composite, or older HCL USB drivers and delete their driver software. Reboot before installing the latest BEANSTALK NEO package; avoid mixing generic Google ADB drivers with HCL drivers.
