Name: Graphtec Craft ROBO Driver
Author: Graphtec

Question 1

Install fails on modern Windows?

Accepted Answer

The Craft ROBO driver is legacy and may be unsigned. Run the Graphtec installer as administrator in compatibility mode for the supported Windows version, and use a signed driver build if available. Avoid generic USB drivers.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the cutter is powered on and connected directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. Try another USB cable, check Device Manager for unknown devices, then remove and reinstall the Craft ROBO USB driver and restart.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old Craft ROBO/Graphtec drivers and ROBO Master/Cutting Master software before installing a new version. Reboot, install one matching driver/software set, and confirm the correct port is selected in the cutting software.
