Name: Graphtec CE3000 60 Driver
Author: Graphtec

Question 1

Driver install fails or hangs?

Accepted Answer

The CE3000-60 uses an older Graphtec driver. Run the installer as administrator, try Windows compatibility mode, and confirm you have the correct 32/64-bit package. If Windows blocks it, install manually via Device Manager using the extracted INF file.

Question 2

Plotter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check that the CE3000-60 is powered and set to the correct interface (USB or RS-232C). Use a direct USB port instead of a hub; for serial, verify the COM port and baud rate match your cutting software. Reinstall the USB driver if Device Manager shows an unknown device.

Question 3

Version or port conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Graphtec drivers and Cutting Master/plotter software before installing the CE3000 driver. In Device Manager, remove stale ports/devices, reconnect the cutter, then select the correct COM/USB port in your cutting software.
