Question 1

Driver install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the CE2000-60 plotter before starting the installer. Run the Graphtec driver setup as administrator, then connect the cutter only when prompted; avoid USB hubs during installation.

Question 2

Plotter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the CE2000-60 is powered on and using a known-good USB/serial cable. In the cutting software, select the correct Graphtec port rather than a virtual COM port or another device.

Question 3

Version conflicts with Cutting Master or old drivers?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous Graphtec drivers and cutting software, reboot, then install the driver version matching your Windows edition and bitness before reinstalling Cutting Master.
