Question 1

Driver install fails?

Accepted Answer

Run the DuraLabel Pro 300 installer as administrator and temporarily pause antivirus/security software if it blocks the setup. Reboot before retrying, and avoid installing over an existing printer queue.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct USB port and a known-good USB cable—not a hub. Power the printer on, check Device Manager for an unknown/USB device, then reconnect and reinstall the driver.

Question 3

Version or port conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove older DuraLabel drivers and printer queues, restart the Print Spooler service, and install the current signed Windows driver matching your OS architecture. Assign the correct USB port rather than a stale WSD or virtual port.
