Name: GCC BLP Elite v52.3 Driver
Author: GCC

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any older GCC LaserPro/BPF driver first, run the v52.3 installer as administrator, and temporarily disable antivirus. Reboot before reinstalling; connect the laser only when setup prompts.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power on the BLP Elite, use a direct USB port instead of a hub, and check Device Manager for unknown/USB devices. Reinstall the GCC USB driver if needed; try another cable/port or verify the Ethernet/IP setting.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove previous GCC driver/software versions and avoid mixing 32/64-bit packages. Confirm the driver reports v52.3 and matches the machine firmware; restart the Windows print spooler after changing versions.
