• Printer not detected: Confirm the WF-3540 is on the same network/SSID or connected by USB. Set it to obtain an IP automatically, or add it manually by IP in Add Printer. For USB, try another port and restart Print Spooler.
• Driver/version conflicts: Delete duplicate WF-3540 queues, install the latest Epson package for your Windows version, and avoid mixing the Windows inbox driver with the Epson full driver. Set the Epson queue as default.
