Name: ELECOM UC SGT Driver
Author: ELECOM

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the ELECOM UC SGT adapter, run the Windows driver installer as administrator, and temporarily disable antivirus. Reboot, then reconnect the adapter. If setup still fails, uninstall any previous ELECOM/USB graphics utility first.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Plug the adapter directly into a USB 3.0 port (usually blue), not a hub or dock. Try another port/cable, check Device Manager for an unknown USB display device, then reinstall the driver with the adapter connected.

Question 3

Version conflicts or display flicker?

Accepted Answer

Remove old USB graphics/display drivers and utilities via Apps & Features, reboot, and install the driver matching your Windows version and architecture. If Windows Update replaces it with a generic driver, roll back or reinstall the correct ELECOM package.
