Question 1

Installer fails or closes early?

Accepted Answer

Run `3DPNet.exe` as administrator, temporarily disable antivirus/SmartScreen, and extract the package to a local folder before launching. Avoid running it from a write-protected USB drive or network share.

Question 2

Ethernet/Wi‑Fi adapter still not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the adapter is enabled in Device Manager and BIOS/UEFI, then use Device Manager > Update driver > Browse to the extracted 3DP Net driver folder. Reboot afterward.

Question 3

Version conflicts or Windows Update replaces the driver?

Accepted Answer

Create a restore point, note the installed version, and use Device Manager > Roll Back Driver if connectivity drops. Pause Windows Update driver auto-install to keep the 3DP Net version.
