Author: Zotac

Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Verify you downloaded the 64-bit package for your Windows version. Install the ZBOX ID90 chipset driver first, run setup as administrator, and use Windows 7/8 compatibility mode for older packages.

Question 2

Device not detected (Wi-Fi, LAN, or HDMI audio)?

Accepted Answer

Check Device Manager for unknown devices. Install Zotac’s chipset and network drivers before relying on Windows Update; for HDMI audio, install the NVIDIA HD Audio component with the graphics driver.

Question 3

Version conflicts or instability after updates?

Accepted Answer

Remove existing Intel/NVIDIA graphics drivers with DDU, reboot, then install Zotac-supported drivers in order: chipset, graphics, audio. Prevent Windows Update from automatically replacing the ID90’s older drivers.
