Name: Zebra ZXP Series 3 Driver
Author: Zebra

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Zebra ZXP Series 3 installer as Administrator, close other printing software, and restart the Print Spooler service before retrying. Remove any partially installed ZXP Series 3 entry from Printers & scanners first.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the ZXP Series 3 directly to a rear USB port, not a hub. Use a known-good USB cable, power-cycle the printer, and check Device Manager for an unknown Zebra device before reinstalling.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Zebra card-printer drivers and delete stale print queues. Install the ZXP Series 3-specific driver matching your Windows version and 32/64-bit architecture; avoid forcing a generic Zebra or Windows card-printer driver.
