Question 1

Driver install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the Zebra TVS Lp 44 Bu, run the installer as administrator, and match Windows 32/64-bit. Remove old Zebra/TVS printer entries in Devices and Printers, reboot, then reinstall.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check power, USB/parallel/Ethernet cable, and try another port. In Device Manager, look for unknown devices; if needed, add the printer manually with the correct model and port.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Uninstall older Zebra/TVS drivers and clear stale print queues. Install the latest driver, assign the correct port, and set the barcode label media size before printing.
