Question 1

Driver install fails?

Accepted Answer

Run the Zebra P310i installer as administrator, close any card-printer software, and remove partial installs via Print Management before retrying. Reboot after uninstalling.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect the card printer directly to a USB 2.0 port—avoid hubs—power-cycle it, and check Device Manager for unknown devices. Install the Zebra driver before reconnecting USB.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old Zebra P310i/P330i drivers and printer queues, delete stale USB/network ports, reboot, then install the correct 32/64-bit package. Stop Windows from reinstalling a generic driver.
