Name: Zebra KR203 Driver
Author: Zebra

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Zebra installer as administrator and match it to Windows architecture (32/64-bit). If Windows blocks the driver, remove older Zebra packages in Print Management > Drivers, reboot, then reinstall.

Question 2

KR203 not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm printer power and use a direct USB/serial cable, not a hub. Check Device Manager for an unknown device; try another port. In printer properties, assign the correct USB001 or COM port.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous Zebra KR203/ZDesigner drivers and Printer Utility entries, restart, and install only the current package. Remove duplicate printer queues and set the KR203 as default if kiosk software expects it.
