Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the installer as administrator, disconnect the mouse, close World of Warcraft and other gaming software, then retry. If it still fails, uninstall any older mouse software, reboot, and reinstall.

Question 2

Mouse not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect it directly to a rear USB port instead of a hub, reseat the cable, and test on another PC. Check Device Manager for unknown USB/HID devices and reinstall the USB driver if needed.

Question 3

Version conflicts or buttons/macros not working?

Accepted Answer

Remove old driver packages and saved profiles, install the latest Legendary Edition software, then reconfigure WoW keybinds and macros. Avoid running another peripheral suite that can intercept mouse buttons.
