Name: WIDCOMM HK 750 Driver
Author: WIDCOMM

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall any existing WIDCOMM/Broadcom Bluetooth stack first, reboot, then run the HK 750 driver installer as administrator. Disable antivirus temporarily if the installer is blocked.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try another USB port directly on the PC, not a hub. In Device Manager, check for an unknown device or Bluetooth adapter with a warning icon; update the driver manually by pointing to the extracted HK 750 driver folder.

Question 3

Version conflicts / adapter stops working?

Accepted Answer

Remove older Bluetooth drivers in Programs and Features and Device Manager, reboot, and install only the matching WIDCOMM package. Prevent Windows from replacing it with a generic Bluetooth driver if connectivity drops after updates.
