Question 1

Installer fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the tablet, run the Wacom installer as administrator, and try Windows compatibility mode for an older version. Reboot before retrying; if blocked by driver signature enforcement, use a signed legacy package.

Question 2

Tablet not detected?

Accepted Answer

Put the Graphire Bluetooth into pairing mode, remove any stale Bluetooth entry in Windows, then pair again. Check/replace batteries and keep the tablet close during pairing.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall newer Wacom/Intuos/Bamboo drivers and old Graphire entries, reboot, then install only the Graphire Bluetooth package. Avoid mixing modern Wacom software with the legacy driver.
