Name: ViewSonic VS15562 Monitor Driver
Author: ViewSonic

Question 1

Install fails or driver is rejected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the download matches your Windows version and 32/64-bit architecture, then run the installer as administrator. If Windows blocks an older unsigned package, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement during installation and re-enable it afterward.

Question 2

Monitor not detected after install?

Accepted Answer

Check the HDMI/DisplayPort/VGA cable at both ends, select the correct input on the VS15562, and try another cable or port. In Device Manager, scan for hardware changes; if “Generic PnP Monitor” appears, update the driver manually from there.

Question 3

Version conflict with an existing ViewSonic/Windows monitor driver?

Accepted Answer

In Device Manager, enable Show hidden devices, uninstall the old ViewSonic monitor entry, reboot, then install the VS15562 package. Avoid forcing an incompatible INF; let Windows load the generic monitor driver first if needed.
