Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the ViewSonic package as administrator and temporarily disable antivirus. If it still fails, uninstall any previous ViewSonic projector/display driver, reboot, then reinstall the package that matches your Windows version.

Question 2

Projector not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the PJD6210 is on and set to the correct source (VGA/HDMI). Reseat the cable, try another port/cable, and use Windows + P to select Duplicate or Extend. Press Source/Search on the projector if no signal appears.

Question 3

Version conflicts after updating?

Accepted Answer

Open Device Manager, uninstall the conflicting display/projector device, reboot, and let Windows re-detect it. Avoid mixing older ViewSonic utilities with the new driver.
