Name: UTAX P C2665 MFP Driver
Author: UTAX

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the UTAX P C2665 MFP’s USB cable or network cable before running setup. Remove any older UTAX/Kyocera print driver via Print Management, reboot, then install the latest package as administrator.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the MFP is powered on and on the same network subnet; ping its IP and create a standard TCP/IP port if needed. For USB, connect directly to the PC—not a hub—and avoid installing while Windows is still detecting the device.

Question 3

Driver version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall existing UTAX P C2665 queues and delete leftover drivers from Print Management > Drivers. Reboot, install the correct 32/64-bit package, and set the new queue as default.
