Name: UTAX P 3520 MFP Driver
Author: UTAX

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Remove existing UTAX P 3520 MFP entries from Printers & scanners and Device Manager, reboot, then run the correct 32/64-bit driver package as administrator. Temporarily disable antivirus if it blocks the installer.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, use a direct rear port and a known data cable, not a hub. For Ethernet, confirm the MFP is on the same subnet and reachable by IP; add it manually by IP if auto-discovery fails.

Question 3

Scan/print version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older UTAX or generic drivers, clear the print spooler, and install the matching P 3520 MFP driver and scanner utility. Avoid mixing PCL and PostScript packages.
