Name: USB Internet Phone by TigerJet Driver
Author: TigerJet

Question 1

Install fails on Windows 10/11?

Accepted Answer

The TigerJet USB Internet Phone uses a legacy driver that may be blocked as unsigned or incompatible. Run the installer as administrator in Windows 7 compatibility mode; if needed, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, then reinstall.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct rear USB 2.0 port, not a hub. In Device Manager, check for “Unknown Device” or entries under Sound, video and game controllers; uninstall the flagged entry, unplug/replug the phone, and rescan.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate devices?

Accepted Answer

Old TigerJet or generic USB audio drivers can conflict. Enable Show hidden devices, uninstall all TigerJet/USB Internet Phone and related audio entries, reboot, then install the correct manufacturer driver once.
