Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the USB Digitech Pro, run the manufacturer installer as administrator, and reboot before reconnecting. Match the driver package to your Windows version/architecture; avoid Compatibility Mode.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct rear USB port and a known data cable, not a hub. In Device Manager, remove unknown/failed USB entries, rescan, and confirm the unit is powered and in the correct USB mode.

Question 3

Version conflicts or Code 10/43?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Digitech/USB audio drivers and control panels, restart, then install the latest package before plugging in. If Windows replaces the vendor driver, pause automatic driver updates. Close DAWs/audio apps and check sample-rate settings if it connects but won’t stream.
