Author: TVS

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the TVS RP3200 Plus driver setup as Administrator. If Windows blocks the driver, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, then reinstall and reboot.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the dot-matrix printer is powered and prints a self-test. Try another USB cable/port or the parallel port. In Device Manager, check for unknown devices, then set the correct port (USB001 or LPT1) in Printer Properties.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Remove old TVS RP3200/RP3200 Plus drivers and duplicate printer entries via Print Management. Restart the Print Spooler service, then install the latest driver for your Windows version.
