Question 1

Driver install fails?

Accepted Answer

Download the correct TVS Baylan package for your Windows version and architecture. Run the installer as administrator, remove any existing TVS printer queue/driver first, then restart the Print Spooler.

Question 2

Printer not detected?

Accepted Answer

Check power, paper/ready status, and reseat the USB/parallel/serial cable. Try another port, then add the TVS Baylan printer manually using the detected port (USB001, COMx, or LPT1).

Version or port conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old TVS drivers and ghost queues, set the correct port and default printer, and avoid mixing a generic thermal driver with the TVS Baylan driver. Restart the spooler after changes.
