Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the TSC TTP-244 Pro setup as administrator, close other printer utilities, and check antivirus blocking. If it still fails, remove old TSC/Seagull printer drivers, reboot, then reinstall.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power on the label printer, reseat the USB cable, and connect directly to a rear USB port—not an unpowered hub. Check Device Manager for unknown devices.

Question 3

Version conflicts / duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous TTP-244 Pro driver packages and delete stale queues in Print Management. Install the correct Windows version/architecture, then restart the print spooler.
