Name: TRITTON AX PRO HEADSET Driver
Author: Tritton

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Disconnect the AX PRO headset before running the installer, run it as administrator, and temporarily disable antivirus. If setup still fails, uninstall any older TRITTON software, reboot, then reinstall the Windows-matched driver.

Question 2

Headset not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct rear USB port rather than a hub, check Device Manager under Sound, video and game controllers for errors, and rescan hardware. In Windows Sound settings, confirm the AX PRO is enabled and set as the default playback/recording device; check the inline mute/volume.

Question 3

Version conflicts or audio glitches?

Accepted Answer

Remove old driver entries in Device Manager, including hidden devices, uninstall previous TRITTON software, reboot, and install only the latest package. Avoid installing a driver for a different Windows version.
