Name: TRENDnet TEG PCITXR 32 bit 10 100 1000Mbps PCI ADAPTER Driver
Author: TRENDnet

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Use the TRENDnet driver package matching your Windows version and OS architecture; run the installer as administrator. For this 32-bit PCI adapter, don’t force a 64-bit/other Realtek INF—update manually via Device Manager > Update driver > Browse.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power off, reseat the PCI card, and try another PCI slot. Check Device Manager for “Unknown network controller”; if absent, verify the slot is enabled in BIOS and not disabled by onboard NIC settings.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove old TRENDnet/Realtek NIC drivers and ghost adapters, reboot, then install the current package. If Windows loads a generic driver, update manually with “Have Disk.”
