Author: Trekstor

Question 1

Installer fails or exits early?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the driver matches the Primebook C11B and your Windows build (64-bit). Run the installer as administrator; if it still fails, extract the package and update the driver manually via Device Manager.

Question 2

Touchpad, touchscreen, camera, or Wi‑Fi not detected?

Accepted Answer

Open Device Manager, show hidden/unknown devices, and rescan for hardware changes. Install the chipset and Serial I/O drivers first, then reinstall the affected device driver.

Question 3

Version conflicts after a generic driver update?

Accepted Answer

Roll back the driver in Device Manager or uninstall it, then reinstall the TREKSTOR-matched version. Avoid forcing generic Intel or Realtek packages over the OEM driver.
