Question 1

Install fails or hangs on Windows?

Accepted Answer

Run the TomTom ONE 30 Series driver/TomTom HOME installer as administrator and set compatibility for your Windows version if needed. Close other sync software first.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use the original USB cable and a direct rear USB port, not a hub. Reset the ONE 30 Series, reconnect, and open TomTom HOME; check Device Manager for unknown USB devices.

Question 3

Version conflicts with existing TomTom software/drivers?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older TomTom HOME and TomTom USB drivers, restart Windows, then install the current package before reconnecting the ONE 30 Series.
