Author: Tipro

Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Tipro K547 setup as administrator, disconnect other Tipro keyboards, temporarily disable antivirus, and confirm the package matches Windows 32/64-bit. Remove older Tipro software first.

Question 2

K547 not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try a different USB port/cable, avoid unpowered hubs, and check Device Manager for HID/keyboard errors. Uninstall the device and hidden HID entries, reboot, then reconnect before reinstalling.

Question 3

Version conflicts with existing Tipro drivers?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous Tipro driver/configuration utilities, delete the K547 entry in Device Manager, reboot, and install only the latest K547 package. Do not mix generic POS keyboard drivers with Tipro software.
