Author: Tenda

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Use the TEL8139D driver package that matches your Windows version and 32/64-bit architecture. Run the installer as administrator; if blocked, update via Device Manager > Update driver > Browse and check Driver Signature Enforcement.

Question 2

Adapter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Power off, reseat the PCI card, try another PCI slot, and check BIOS for a disabled PCI LAN/onboard network setting. In Device Manager, look for an unknown network controller or yellow warning mark.

Question 3

Version conflicts or dropouts?

Accepted Answer

Remove old Realtek 8139/other NIC drivers in Device Manager, reboot, then install the Tenda package. Avoid mixing Windows built-in and vendor drivers; set fixed speed/duplex only if link negotiation fails.
