Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the P 3521DN driver installer as administrator. Remove any previous TA Triumph-Adler printer package first, then restart the print spooler and reinstall the correct 32/64-bit driver.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the P 3521DN is on the same network or USB port, check its IP address, and ping it if networked. In Windows, add the printer manually using the correct TCP/IP port and P 3521DN driver.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Open Print Management, delete old TA Triumph-Adler driver packages and duplicate P 3521DN queues, restart the spooler, then install only the latest driver package.
