Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing TA Triumph-Adler DC 6235 queue and old driver, restart the Print Spooler, then run the package as administrator. Confirm the correct 32/64-bit Windows version.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, use a direct rear port and a known-good cable. For network, verify the DC 6235 has a valid IP, is on the same subnet, and responds to ping; add it via a Standard TCP/IP port.

Question 3

Version conflicts or duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall previous Triumph-Adler drivers, clear leftover ports, reboot, and install only the latest DC 6235 package. Avoid mixing PCL/PS drivers unless required.
