Name: TA Triumph Adler DC 2328 Driver
Author: TA Triumph-Adler

Question 1

Driver install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the TA Triumph-Adler DC 2328 installer as administrator and use Windows compatibility mode if needed. Remove any existing DC 2328 printer queue and old TA drivers first, then reboot before reinstalling.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For USB, try a direct rear-port connection and replace the cable. For network use, confirm the DC 2328 has a valid IP, reserve it on DHCP, and ping it before adding a TCP/IP port.

Question 3

Version conflicts / duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Windows Update may install a generic driver alongside the TA driver. Delete duplicate DC 2328 queues, remove unused WSD ports, and keep only the correct TA TCP/IP port and driver.
