Name: Suncom SFS Flight Controller Driver
Author: Sunplus

Question 1

Driver install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the installer as administrator, disconnect the flight controller first, and temporarily disable antivirus. If Windows blocks the Sunplus driver, use Device Manager > Update driver > Browse and select the extracted driver folder.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Try another USB port or game-port adapter, avoid unpowered hubs, and check Device Manager for Unknown Device or HID game controller entries. Open `joy.cpl` and calibrate only after Windows lists the SFS controller.

Question 3

Version or HID conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove old Suncom/Sunplus game-controller entries and hidden devices in Device Manager, reboot, then install one driver version only. Avoid mixing generic HID drivers with the vendor package.
