Name: SOHOware NSA100 Fast Ethernet Driver
Author: SOHOware

Question 1

Install fails on modern Windows?

Accepted Answer

The NSA100 driver is unsigned/legacy. Use Device Manager → Update driver → Browse → Let me pick → Have Disk, point to the correct INF, and temporarily disable driver signature enforcement if needed.

Question 2

Adapter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Reseat the Fast Ethernet PC Card, confirm the PCMCIA/CardBus controller driver is installed, and try another slot. Insert the card before booting; check Device Manager for unknown network controllers.

Question 3

Version/resource conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Remove old SOHOware adapter entries and prior driver versions in Device Manager, reboot, then install the matching OS INF. If link issues persist, set speed/duplex to Auto or match the switch port (100 Full/100 Half).
