Name: Sitecom WiFi USB adapter N300 Driver
Author: Sitecom

Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Sitecom N300 setup as Administrator, temporarily disable antivirus, and confirm the package matches your Windows version and 32/64-bit architecture. Remove any partial install via Apps & Features before retrying.

Question 2

Adapter not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct rear USB 2.0 port instead of a hub, check Device Manager for unknown USB/Wi-Fi entries, and reinsert the adapter. If nothing appears, test it on another PC to rule out a faulty unit.

Question 3

Version conflicts or no Wi-Fi?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Sitecom/Realtek USB Wi-Fi drivers, reboot, then install the N300 package. In Device Manager, update the driver manually and disable USB selective suspend for the adapter.
