Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Unplug the Sirius USB2.0 Camera, close camera/streaming apps, run the installer as Administrator, and reboot before reconnecting. Temporarily disable antivirus if it blocks the driver files.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

Use a direct USB 2.0 port instead of a hub, try another cable, and check Device Manager for “Unknown Device” or “USB Video Device.” If present, update the driver manually using “Have Disk.”

Question 3

Version conflicts after upgrading?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall the old Sirius camera driver and any duplicate USB video/imaging devices in Device Manager, delete the old driver package, reboot, then install the latest driver.
