Name: Sharp MX M350N Driver
Author: Sharp

Question 1

Install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Remove any existing Sharp MX/MX-M series driver and printer queue first. Stop the Print Spooler service, run the Sharp MX M350N installer as administrator, then reboot and reinstall.

Question 2

Device not detected on the network?

Accepted Answer

Confirm the MX M350N has a valid IP address and responds to ping. Create a Standard TCP/IP port using that IP instead of relying on WSD discovery, and allow the installer through Windows Firewall.

Question 3

Driver version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Match the driver to your Windows architecture (32/64-bit) and PCL/PS type. Delete duplicate Sharp drivers in Print Management, avoid mixing WSD and TCP/IP queues, then reinstall one clean MX M350N queue.
