Name: SGIN SGIN M15 Driver
Author: SGIN

Question 1

Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth missing after Windows reinstall?

Accepted Answer

The SGIN M15 laptop may show no wireless adapter because the Intel/Realtek Wi‑Fi driver is absent. Install the exact Windows 10/11 64‑bit driver from SGIN, reboot, then check Device Manager for unknown network devices.

Question 2

Touchpad gestures or audio not working?

Accepted Answer

Generic Windows drivers can disable precision touchpad gestures or Realtek audio. Uninstall the generic device in Device Manager, install the SGIN M15 chipset/touchpad/audio package, and restart.

Question 3

Driver install fails or is overwritten?

Accepted Answer

Match the driver to your Windows build and run the installer as administrator. If Windows Update replaces it, roll back in Device Manager or temporarily pause driver updates, then reinstall the SGIN version.
