Name: Savin 8025 PCL Driver
Author: Savin

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Confirm you downloaded the correct 32-bit/64-bit PCL package for the Savin 8025 PCL, run the installer as administrator, and remove any partially installed Savin printer queue before retrying.

Question 2

Device not detected?

Accepted Answer

For network use, assign the Savin 8025 a static IP, ping it from the PC, and create a Standard TCP/IP port manually. For USB, try a direct rear-port connection and a known-good cable.

Question 3

Version conflicts / duplicate queues?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall older Savin or Ricoh PCL drivers, delete leftover queues and ports in Print Management, reboot, then install the current Savin 8025 PCL driver only.
