Name: Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals Driver
Author: Saitek

Question 1

Install fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the installer as administrator and use Windows 7 compatibility mode if needed. For legacy unsigned Saitek packages, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement, reboot, then retry.

Question 2

Pedals not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect directly to a rear USB 2.0 port, not an unpowered hub. Check Game Controllers (`joy.cpl`) for “Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals,” then unplug/replug and calibrate.

Question 3

Version conflicts or erratic axes?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old Saitek/Mad Catz/Logitech drivers and Smart Technology, remove the device in Device Manager, reboot, then install one current package. Recalibrate and avoid mixing vendor software.
