Name: Saitek P3200 Rumble Force Pad (USB) Driver
Author: Saitek

Question 1

Installer fails or rolls back?

Accepted Answer

Run the Saitek P3200 setup as administrator and try Windows 7/XP compatibility mode. Remove any newer Saitek/Mad Catz software first, and temporarily disable antivirus during install.

Question 2

Pad not detected?

Accepted Answer

Plug the P3200 directly into a rear USB 2.0 port, not an unpowered hub. In Device Manager, uninstall any unknown USB/HID device, replug the pad, then check Devices and Printers > Game Controllers.

Question 3

Driver/version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old Saitek/Mad Catz drivers and duplicate HID game controller entries, reboot, then install one P3200 driver. If Windows blocks the legacy unsigned driver, use a signed compatible version or update manually via the .inf file.
