Name: Saitek Cyborg Rumble Pad (USB) Driver
Author: Saitek

Question 1

Driver install fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Saitek installer as administrator and try Windows compatibility mode. If it still fails, extract the driver and update manually via Device Manager by selecting the INF file.

Question 2

Rumble Pad not detected?

Accepted Answer

Connect directly to a USB 2.0 port, not an unpowered hub. In Device Manager, scan for hardware changes and check for unknown devices. Test the pad and cable on another PC.

Question 3

Version conflicts?

Accepted Answer

Uninstall old Saitek software/drivers and remove hidden controller entries, then reboot. Install only one driver package and avoid mixing with newer Xbox controller drivers.
