Question 1

Installer fails or stalls?

Accepted Answer

Run the Razer installer as administrator, temporarily disable antivirus, and uninstall older Razer Synapse/software first. Reboot before retrying.

Question 2

Mouse not detected over Bluetooth?

Accepted Answer

Put the Orochi in pairing mode, remove any old “Razer Orochi” pairing in Windows Bluetooth settings, check/replace batteries, then pair again. Avoid USB 2.0-only Bluetooth adapters if possible.

Question 3

Version conflicts after Windows updates?

Accepted Answer

If buttons/DPI stop working, uninstall conflicting Razer Synapse versions, reinstall the latest supported release, and roll back the mouse’s Bluetooth/HID driver in Device Manager if Windows replaced it.
